If you know of people (authors, speakers, associations, etc.) who have a voice, ask them if they would review a copy. They may decide to advance the message on their website, newsletters, etc.
Buy several books as gifts to a school, juvenile detention center, shelter, prison, church youth group, club, rehabilitation home and the like where people might be really encouraged by its message.
